Aquanello Medic Black Wall-Mounted Kitchen Faucet with Extra-Long Lever and Swivel Spout BL-1005-MD

Aquanello Medic Black Wall-Mounted Kitchen Faucet with Extra-Long Handle and Swivel Spout

Combine modern design with comfortable ease of use thanks to the Aquanello Medic black wall-mounted kitchen faucet BL-1005-MD. This functional kitchen faucet stands out for its extra-long handle, straight swivel spout, and stylish black finish.

The faucet is crafted from high-quality brass and features a ceramic disc cartridge. The extended control lever makes it easy to regulate water flow and temperature, while the swivel spout offers extra flexibility for daily tasks around the sink.

With a spout length of 222 mm (22.2 cm) and a specified height of 190 mm (19 cm), this wall-mounted kitchen faucet offers a practical combination of reach, ease of use, and contemporary design.

The Aquanello Medic BL-1005-MD is designed for wall mounting with two water connections and is a stylish choice for kitchens, pantries, and other suitable sink setups where functionality is key.

Extra-long control lever for comfortable use

The key feature of the Aquanello Medic series is the extra-long control lever. This extended lever offers a larger operating surface than many traditional kitchen faucets.

This allows you to easily operate the faucet during daily kitchen tasks. The long lever makes it possible to control the water flow with a minimal hand movement, which can be especially practical when your hands are wet.

The extra-long handle offers advantages in a variety of situations:

• Comfortable operation: the extended lever provides a larger contact surface
• Practical with wet hands: the faucet is easier to operate without having to fully grip a small handle
• Controlling hot and cold water: adjust temperature and water flow with a single lever
• Daily use: convenient for cooking, washing dishes, and cleaning
• Functional workspaces: suitable for situations where accessible operation is desired

Thanks to these features, the Aquanello Medic can be an attractive option if you’re looking for a kitchen faucet with extra ease of use.

The long handle is a comfort feature. This does not automatically mean the faucet is medically certified or specifically approved for healthcare facilities.

Modern black design

The Aquanello Medic BL-1005-MD features a stylish black finish.

The dark color gives the faucet a modern and distinctive look. Combined with its functional design, the result is a kitchen faucet that is both practical and visually appealing.

A black wall-mounted kitchen faucet provides a beautiful contrast to light-colored kitchen tiles, white sinks, and natural stone countertops. At the same time, this color complements modern kitchens with black accessories and metal details perfectly.

The black version is particularly well-suited for:

• Modern kitchens with dark accents
• Industrial kitchens with a concrete look and metal details
• Minimalist kitchens with clean lines
• White kitchens where black is used as a contrasting color
• Kitchens with black or granite sinks
• Practical utility rooms and pantries

By pairing the wall-mounted kitchen faucet with matching black kitchen accessories, you can create a harmonious and polished look.

Single-handle mixer faucet for hot and cold water

The Aquanello Medic BL-1005-MD is designed as a single-handle kitchen faucet.

With the extra-long control lever, you can adjust both the desired water temperature and the flow rate.

Hot and cold water are mixed using a single lever. This eliminates the need to operate two separate faucet handles.

This control is practical while cooking, washing dishes, and cleaning the sink, when the desired temperature and water flow frequently change.

The combination of a long lever and single-handle operation forms the basis of the functional design of the “ Medic ” series.

222 mm straight swivel spout

The Aquanello Medic black wall-mounted kitchen faucet is equipped with a straight swivel spout measuring 222 mm (22.2 cm).

The swivel function allows you to move the water stream to the desired position within the available swivel range.

This gives this wall-mounted faucet extra flexibility for everyday kitchen tasks.

The swivel spout is particularly practical for:

• Filling pots: moving the water stream to a suitable position
• Washing fruits and vegetables: working precisely over the sink
• Washing dishes: extra freedom of movement when handling dishes and cookware
• Cleaning the sink: reaching different parts of the sink
• Clearing workspace: swiveling the spout to the side when needed

With a spout length of 222 mm, the Aquanello Medic offers a practical reach from the wall-mounted faucet body.

The sleek, straight design further enhances the faucet’s functional character and complements modern kitchen interiors perfectly.

Note: Before purchasing, check whether the spout length is sufficient to direct the water to the desired position in the sink. Take into account the distance between the wall and the sink.

Wall-mounted with two water connections

The Aquanello Medic BL-1005-MD is designed for wall mounting with two connection points.

Unlike kitchen faucets that are mounted directly on a sink or kitchen countertop, this model is mounted on the wall above the sink.

This keeps the countertop around the sink free of a faucet base and creates a clean, uncluttered look.

The two connection points are intended for the supply of hot and cold water.

This installation method may be particularly suitable for kitchens where the water lines are already pre-installed on the wall or where an existing wall-mounted kitchen faucet is being replaced.

Important: Before installation, check the distance between the water connections, the exact connection dimensions, and the available installation space using the technical drawing.

The faucet is supplied with a connection hose, as specified in the product specifications. Before installation, check which parts are required for your specific installation.

Ceramic discs for smooth operation

The internal mechanism of the Aquanello Medic BL-1005-MD is equipped with ceramic discs.

These ensure smooth and precise control of the water flow and temperature.

Ceramic discs are wear-resistant and are widely used in high-quality kitchen faucets due to their suitability for daily use.

As a result, this wall-mounted kitchen faucet combines functional operation with modern faucet technology.

High-quality brass with a black finish

The Aquanello Medic BL-1005-MD is crafted from high-quality brass and features a decorative black finish.

Brass is a robust material commonly used in high-quality plumbing fixtures. It provides a sturdy foundation for a faucet designed for regular use.

The black finish gives the kitchen faucet a stylish look and contrasts beautifully with light-colored kitchen materials.

The material and color make this faucet easy to pair with various sinks, kitchen countertops, and accessories.

The dark finish pairs particularly well with black sinks, white ceramic sinks, natural stone countertops, and industrial kitchen designs.

Practical for kitchens, pantries, and utility rooms

Thanks to its extra-long handle, swivel spout, and wall-mounted design, the Aquanello Medic is suitable for a wide range of sink configurations.

This wall-mounted kitchen faucet can be used in, among other places:

• Kitchen-living rooms: for everyday cooking and dishwashing
• Utility kitchens: for practical cleaning tasks
• Pantries: for regular use with a compact sink
• Workspaces: where a functional faucet is desired
• Professional kitchen environments: provided the faucet meets the requirements of the specific application

Especially when a long control lever is desired, the “ Medic ” series offers an attractive alternative to traditional wall-mounted faucets with compact controls.

Functional design with added ease of use

The Aquanello Medic series is designed with a focus on functionality and ease of use.

The extra-long lever is the most distinctive feature. This allows the user to operate the faucet with different hand movements, depending on the situation.

The swivel spout also provides flexibility around the sink, while the black finish gives the faucet a modern look.

The combination of these features makes the Aquanello Medic BL-1005-MD a practical choice for anyone looking for a comfortable wall-mounted kitchen faucet with a distinctive design.

Caring for the Black Wall-Mounted Kitchen Faucet

To keep the black finish looking its best, we recommend regularly cleaning the Aquanello Medic with a soft cloth and a mild detergent.

Rinse off any soap or cleaning product residue and, if possible, dry the faucet with a soft cloth after use.

This will help minimize water spots and limescale buildup as much as possible.

Avoid harsh cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, and highly acidic or alkaline cleaning products that can damage the black finish.

Also clean the long control lever and the swivel spout carefully according to the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions.

✅ Daily Maintenance: Wipe dry with a soft microfibre cloth after every use. No products neede

✅ Cleaning Method: Use only warm water and a soft microfibre cloth. Press firmly, wipe gently

✅ Stubborn Spots: Use a very diluted water and vinegar solution (more water than vinegar), dry immediately

✅ Aerator Care: Unscrew and clean the aerator separately when water flow reduces

❗ Cleaning Products: Almost every bathroom/kitchen cleaner will damage matte black. Only mild dish soap is safe

❗ Abrasive Materials: Never use scouring pads, rough cloths, or even the rough side of a sponge

❗ Excessive Force: Don't scrub. Gentle, regular wiping is far better than occasional hard scrubbing

❗ Metal Tools: If you need to tighten the tap, use a strap wrench (cloth-grip), not a metal wrench.

✅ Daily Wipe-Down: Wipe with a soft damp cloth after each use and dry thoroughly. Water spots show easily on brass.

✅ Weekly Cleaning: Clean with mild dish soap and warm water using a soft cloth. The natural antibacterial properties help, but regular cleaning keeps the golden finish bright.

✅ Limescale Removal: Use a soft cloth with a citric acid based cleaner. Rinse and dry immediately.

✅ Preserve the Shine: Apply a thin layer of wax (car wax or furniture wax) occasionally to protect the finish and slow natural patina.

❗ Harsh Chemicals: Don't use bleach, ammonia, chlorine, or aggressive descalers. They damage the brass surface.

❗ Abrasive Materials: Avoid scouring pads, steel wool, and abrasive cleaners. They scratch the golden finish.

❗ Prolonged Moisture: Don't let water pool around the base of the tap. Standing moisture accelerates tarnishing.

❗ Acidic Substances: Don't let vinegar, lemon juice, or acidic cleaners sit on the surface. Apply, wipe, rinse quickly.

Aquanello Medic – Care Faucets and Kitchen Faucets with Long Handles

Discover Aquanello Medic, a functional collection of care faucets, medical faucets, and kitchen and sink faucets with extra-long handles. This series was developed with a special focus on accessibility, comfortable operation, and practical everyday use. The faucets offer a user-friendly solution for people with limited hand function, seniors, and anyone who needs a faucet that’s easy to operate.

From adapted kitchens and bathrooms to healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and restrooms: Aquanello Medic combines functional design with reliable quality. Thanks to the extra-long handles, the faucets are easier to operate without having to grip a small faucet handle firmly.

Extra-long control levers for greater accessibility

The key feature of Aquanello Medic is the extra-long control lever. Whereas traditional faucets often have a compact lever or rotary knob, this series offers an extended control handle that makes it easier to regulate the water flow.

This ergonomic solution is particularly practical for people with reduced hand strength, limited grip, or reduced mobility. Depending on the user’s individual abilities, the long lever can also be operated with the back of the hand or the forearm. This means the user does not always have to grip the faucet with their fingers.

These faucets are also well-suited for environments where hygiene is a priority. Operating the faucet with the forearm can help minimize direct hand contact with the handle, for example, during daily personal care or cleaning tasks.

Kitchen Faucets with Long Handles for Adapted Kitchens

The Aquanello Medic collection offers a variety of user-friendly kitchen faucets with an extra-long handle. These kitchen mixers are designed to make controlling hot and cold water easier and more comfortable.

The range includes both kitchen faucets for installation on the countertop or sink, as well as practical wall-mounted kitchen faucets. The models with a swivel spout offer extra freedom of movement and make it easier to use the sink, fill pots, and perform daily kitchen tasks.

For added flexibility, there is also an Aquanello Medic kitchen faucet with a pull-out spout and spray setting. With this model, the water stream can be directed for cleaning the sink, rinsing vegetables, and washing kitchen utensils.

The combination of a long control lever and practical faucet functions makes Aquanello Medic particularly well-suited for adapted kitchens, age-accessible homes, and healthcare settings.

Medical sink faucets and healthcare faucets for the bathroom

Aquanello Medic also offers practical solutions for the bathroom and restroom. The collection includes a sink mixer faucet with an extra-long lever and various cold-water faucets for sinks and hand-washing stations.

The special sink faucet with an extended control lever makes it easier to regulate the water flow without having to grip a small faucet handle firmly. This provides extra comfort for users who have difficulty operating traditional faucets.

In addition, there are compact cold-water faucets with a long lever, including a model for countertop mounting and a wall-mounted cold-water faucet. These models are suitable for restrooms where a simple cold-water supply is desired.

The combination of practical operation, low-maintenance finishes, and a functional design makes these faucets ideal for adapted bathrooms, restrooms, healthcare facilities, and households where accessibility is a priority.

Suitable for healthcare facilities and age-accessible homes

Aquanello Medic offers practical solutions for a wide range of applications where an easy-to-operate faucet is desired. The extended handles can help users enjoy greater independence and comfort when using kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

The collection is particularly suitable for:

• Senior housing: comfortable faucet operation for people who want greater ease of use.
• Adapted kitchens: kitchen faucets with long handles for users with limited hand function.
• Accessible bathrooms: sink faucets that require less grip strength.
• Nursing homes and care facilities: practical faucets for restrooms and care areas.
• Medical practices: functional faucet solutions for spaces where ease of use and hygiene are important.
• Lifetime-ready homes: kitchen and bathroom faucets designed to support comfortable, independent living.

When used in professional care settings or fully accessible restrooms, it is important to verify in advance that the selected model meets the specific installation, hygiene, and accessibility requirements.

High-quality brass and low-maintenance finish

Aquanello Medic faucets are crafted from high-quality brass, a strong and durable material that is ideally suited for daily use. Most models feature a stylish chrome finish that is easy to clean and has a timeless look.

In addition to the chrome versions, the collection also offers a black kitchen wall-mounted faucet with a long handle. This version combines a functional design with a contemporary black coating and complements modern kitchen interiors perfectly.
